Following recent media announcements concerning the possible combination of A-B InBev and SABMiller, Plato Logic, the beer market specialists, are pleased to provide a datasheet to explain the possible impact of the deal in volume terms.
As both parties have stated, at this point there is no certainty that A-B InBev’s approach will result in an offer or agreement.
It is reasonable to assume that the final structure of any completed deal will be subject to regulatory approval in a number of jurisdictions. Our analysis shows one possible scenario only for illustrative purposes.
